Pink AI Terms of Service

1. Agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of pink-ai.net and the Pink AI companion chat experience.
2. Acceptance. By accessing Pink AI you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part, please stop using the site.
3. Eligibility. Pink AI is available only to individuals aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
4. Entertainment purpose. Pink AI is an entertainment product. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care, legal advice or financial advice.
5. Fictional characters. All girlfriends presented on Pink AI are fictional. No real individual is depicted or represented.
6. Illustrative imagery. Images on the site are illustrative and are used to convey the style of a character, not to depict a real person.
7. Account responsibility. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
8. Accurate details. Information you provide during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
9. One person per account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred to anyone else.
10. Acceptable use. You agree not to use Pink AI for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users or the service itself.
11. Prohibited content. You must not submit content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, or involves minors in any context whatsoever.
12. No harassment. Attempts to harass staff, other users or automated characters may result in immediate termination.
13. No scraping. Automated collection, crawling for reuse, or bulk extraction of site content is not permitted.
14. No reverse engineering. You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the underlying systems of Pink AI.
15. Security testing. Probing, scanning or stress-testing the service without written permission is prohibited.
16. Intellectual property. All text, characters, imagery, branding and layout on Pink AI remain the property of their owner.
17. Limited licence. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the site for private use.
18. Your submissions. You retain rights to what you write but grant us the licence needed to operate and improve the service.
19. Free and paid features. Some features are free and others may require payment. Pricing is always shown before purchase.
20. Billing. Where payment applies, charges are processed by a third-party provider under their own terms.
21. Refunds. Refund requests are reviewed individually and handled according to applicable consumer protection law.
22. Subscription cancellation. Any recurring plan can be cancelled at any time and remains active until the end of the paid period.
23. Availability. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
24. Maintenance. Access may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
25. Service changes. Features may be added, modified or removed as Pink AI develops.
26. Third-party links. External links are provided for convenience and we accept no responsibility for third-party content.
27. Disclaimer of warranties. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.
28. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
29. Indemnity. You agree to hold Pink AI harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service.
30. Termination. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.
31. Severability. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in full effect.
32. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment.
33. Amendments. These Terms may be updated. The revision date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
34. Continued use. Using Pink AI after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
